Penyusunan Laporan Akhir ini berjudul “PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM BANTUAN KEUANGAN PEUMAKMUE (PEMAKMUR) GAMPONG (BKPG) UNTUK MERENOVASI SALURAN PEMBUANGAN AIR DI GAMPONG MATANG SEULIMENG KECAMATAN LANGSA BARAT KOTA LANGSA PROVINSI ACEH”. Program Bantuan Keuangan Peumakmue Gampong untuk merenovasi saluran pembuangan air bertujuan untuk memperbaiki sarana infrastruktur yang ada di gampong matang seulimeng,program ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian, swadaya masyarakat dan gotong royong serta meningkatkan kinerja aparat gampong. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program renovasi saluran pembuangan air di Gampong Matang Seulimeng Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh.
Metode pengamatan yang digunakan dalam pengamatan adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pelaksanaan program BKPG khususnya dalam merenovasi saluran pembuangan air dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta perbaikan infrastruktur gampong Matang Seulimeng
Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa pelaksanaan program BKPG khususnya dalam merenovasi saluran pembuangan air di Gampong Matang Seulimeng Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh dalam pelaksanaannya belum terlaksana secara optmal. Kendala ditemui disebabkan karena kurangnya dana serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan renovasi saluran pembuangan air sehingga program itu belum mencapai sasaran sebagaimana yang diharapkan.
Agar pelaksanaan program BKPG khususnya dalam merenovasi saluran pembuangan air berjalan dengan lancar, disarankan kepada pemerintahan gampong matang seulimeng untuk mengutamakan program yang sesuai dengan dana yang ada. Agar pelaksanaannya berjalan dengan maksimal. Serta meningkatkan sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat tentang program yang akan di jalankan di gampong, agar masyarakat mengerti serta ikut berpartisipasi penuh dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut

Financial assistance program Peumakmue Gampong to renovate sewer water aims to improve the existing infrastructure in gampong ripe seulimeng, the program also aims to increase self-reliance, mutual and NGOs as well as improve the performance of gampong apparatus. This report aims to know the implementation of the programme of renovation of sewer water in Gampong Mature Seulimeng Subdistrict of West Langsa Langsa, Aceh province.Observation methods used in Qualitative observation is the Inductive approach.
