Hasil studi kasus yang dilakukan pada PT Semiotica Arsitek menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kekuatan dan kelemahan dan memiliki peluang dan ancaman yang harus dihadapi. Dari analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman serta analisis posisi perusahaan selanjutnya dibuatkan strategi berdasarkan perspektif pada balanced scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan,pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan ditambah dengan perspektif lingkungan dan desain. Dari hasil analisis juga diketahui bahwa misi dan visi yang digunakan oleh PT Semiotica Arsitek masih sesuai dan relevan dalam mendukung usulan strategi yang disusun. Studi kasus ini diakhiri dengan perancangan peta strategi dan balanced scorecard untuk PT Semiotica Arsitek yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pengukur kinerha perusahaan.
