This research is a case study on architect consulting firm, PT Semiotica Architects. Rapid and turbulent changes in business competition requires companies to continually improve their performance. Improvements in performance must continue to be done because of the new competitors may at any time decrease the company's existence. Therefore, the manufacturing strategy and its implementation are significant things that should be done by the company. Planning and implementation of the strategy is an important part of performance improvement. In addition, performance measurement is also seen as an important part that must be done by PT Semiotica Architects.
The results of a case study conducted at PT Semiotica Architects shows that the company has its strengths and weaknesses and have the opportunities and threats that must be faced. From the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as well as analysis of the company's position subsequently made a strategy based on a balanced scorecard perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer, internal business process and learning and growth coupled with an environmental perspective and design. From the analysis it is also known that the mission and vision are used by PT Semiotica Architects are still appropriate and relevant in support of the proposed strategy developed. This case study concludes with the design of a strategy map and balanced scorecard for PT Semiotica Architect that can be used as a gauge kinerha companies.
