Ketika saya bagian dari suatu team

Ketika saya bagian dari suatu team komunikasi dan keterbukaan dengan tim sangat perlu. Kemudian penting buat saya bisa mendukung pekerjaan terutama terkait pekerjaan yang merupakan tanggung tim. Sikap egois dan ingin menjatuhkan salah satu individu dari team kita harus di hindari untuk menciptakan tim yang solid.
