Perjanjian Kerjasama PengadaanToarcoTorajaCoffe (selanjutnya disebut“Perjanjian”) ini, dibuat pada hari Sabtu, tanggal10 December 2013, oleh dan antara:

I. HOTEL D’MALEO berkedudukan di Makassar, beralamat di Jl.Pelita Raya No. 1 Makassar 90111, dalam hal ini diwakili oleh………..,yang bertindak dalam kedudukannya selaku ……………dan oleh karena itu bertindak untuk dan atas nama serta sah mewakili Hotel D’Maleoselanjutnya disebut “Pihak Pertama

II. PT.TOARCO JAYAberkedudukan di Makassar, beralamat di Jl.Kapasa RayaNo. 29 Makassar 90241, dalam hal ini diwakili olehMasataka Nakano, yang bertindak dalam kedudukannya selaku Vice President Director dan oleh karena itu bertindak untuk dan atas nama serta sah mewakili PT TOARCO JAYA(selanjutnya disebut “Pihak Kedua”).

Hotel d'maleo based in Makassar, located at jl.pelita highway no. 1 makassar 90111, in this case represented by ...........,acting in the capacity as ............... and therefore acting for and on behalf of the hotel as well as the legitimate representative of d'maleoselanjutnya called "first party

ii. pt.toarco jayaberkedudukan in Makassar, located at jl.kapasa rayano. 29, Makassar 90241, in this case represented olehmasataka nakano,acting in the capacity as director and vice president therefore acting for and on behalf of and represent legitimate Toarco pt jaya (hereinafter referred to as "second party").
