Pengalaman saya sebagai seorang gur

Pengalaman saya sebagai seorang guru d dearah terpencil bukan saja mengajarkan tetang materi pelajaran atau sekadar kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas tetapi membuat saya memahami proses belajar dan bagaimana setiap apa yang diajarkan bermakna bagi siswa dan memiliki dampak dalam kehidupan nyata yang perlu dikolaborasikan kepada pelaku pendidikan lainnya selain guru. Dari pengalaman tersebut saya meginisiasi sebuah program pendidikan bernama Turuntangan Mengajar yang berbasis kerelawanan dan mengajak seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk terlibat. Gagasan ini mendapat banyak apresiasi baik, terbukti dari lahirnya 8 inisiatif serupa yang tersebar di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia.

This idea is getting a lot of appreciation of good, proven from the inception of 8 similar initiatives in several areas in Indonesia.
