Bila terjadi cedera yang menyebabka

Bila terjadi cedera yang menyebabkan jam hilang & kerusakan berat dan atau total loss pada equipment atau asset lain, maka investigasi harus dipimpin langsung oleh Site Manager Jika seorang Foreman tidak melaporkan suatu kecelakaan, hal ini bias berakibat diambilnya tindakan disiplin yang keras dan bahkan berakibat PEMBERHENTIAN (PHK).

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

If there is an injury that caused heavy damage and lost hours and/or total loss on equipment or other assets, the investigation should be led directly by the Site Manager if a Foreman for not reporting an accident, this bias leads to harsh disciplinary action taken and even result in DISMISSAL (LAYOFFS).

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

If there is an injury that causes the clock and the weight lost and damage or total loss on equipment or other assets, then the investigation should be led by the Site Manager Foreman If a report is not an accident, it is biased result in disciplinary action taken hard and even result in DISMISSAL ( layoffs).
