wawancara terstruktur digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpul data, bila peneliti telah mengetahui dengan pasti tentang informasi apa yang akan diperoleh. oleh karena itu dalam melakukan wawancara, pengumpul data telah menyiapkan instrument penelitian berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan tertulis yang alternatif jawabannya pun telah disiapkan. dengan wawancara terstruktur ini, setiap responden diberi pertanyaan yang sama, dan pengumpul data mencatatnya.
