Gubernur Tolak Pemekaran Alabas, Dukung Aceh Selatan Jaya
TAPAKTUAN - Gubernur Aceh Zaini Abdullah menolak rencana pemekaran Provinsi Aceh Lauser Antara Barat Selatan (Alabas). Karena bertentangan dengan MoU Helsinki dan Undang-undang Pemerintah Aceh (UUPA). Sementara pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Jaya (Asja) didukung penuh.
"Rencana pemekaran Provinsi Alabas jelas-jelas bertentangan dengan MoU Helsinki dan UUPA. Jadi atas dasar itu kami secara tegas menyatakan menolak rencana pemekaran Provinsi Alabas," kata Gubernur Zaini pada acara Maulid Akbar tingkat Kabupaten Aceh Selatan di Kecamatan Bakongan, Selasa (16/02/2016).
Pada maulid tersebut juga dihadiri tim 7 Komite I DPD RI yang dipimpin oleh H Fachrul Razi MIP, para ulama, pejabat dan masyarakat Aceh Selatan.
Namun, pada bagian lain, Gubernur Zaini Abdullah mengatakan, Pemerintah Aceh mendukung penuh rencana pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Selatan Jaya (Asja) pisah dari Kabupaten induk Aceh Selatan.
Bukti dukungan itu, kata Zaini, dengan telah dikeluarkannya rekomendasi oleh Pemerintah Aceh untuk diteruskan ke Pemerintah Pusat dan DPR RI.
"Dari segi legalitas dukungan dari Pemerintah Aceh sudah ada termasuk legalitas dukungan dari Pemkab dan DPRK Aceh Selatan. Keputusan akhir terkait pemekaran Asja kini tinggal pada Pemerintah Pusat dan DPR RI. Jika Pemerintah Pusat dan DPR RI telah menyetujui, maka keputusan pemekaran Asja telah terwujud," tegasnya.
Gubernur juga mengapresiasi dukungan yang diberikan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Bakongan untuk mempercepat pemekaran daerah otonomi baru (DOB) Kabupaten Asja dengan menghibahkan tanah seluas 100 hektare sebagai lokasi rencana pembangunan pusat perkantoran baru.
"Secara khusus saya memberikan apresiasi kepada masyarakat Bakongan yang telah menghibahkan tanah seluas 100 hektare di wilayah Keude Bakongan sebagai lokasi rencana pembangunan pusat perkantoran setelah DOB Kabupaten Asja resmi terbentuk nanti," katanya.
Sementara itu, anggota DPD asal Aceh Fachrul Razi menyatakan, hasil verifikasi, maka diputuskan rencana pemekaran DOB Kabupaten Asja ini telah memenuhi syarat dan sudah layak untuk dimekarkan.
Apalagi rakyat Bakongan yang merupakan eks kewedanaan secara suka rela telah menghibahkan tanah seluas 100 hektare untuk lokasi rencana pembangunan pusat perkantoran. Artinya bahwa rencana pemekaran Kabupaten Asja ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari seluruh rakyat di sini, tegas dia.
Lebih lanjut dia mengatakan, hasil Raker dengan Pemkab Aceh Selatan dan verifikasi lapangan yang telah dilakukan oleh pihaknya tersebut, nantinya akan dibawa ke sidang Paripurna DPD RI dan hasil tersebut selanjutnya akan diserahkan ke Menteri Dalam Negeri dan DPR RI.
"Rekomendasi itu akan diserahkan oleh DPD RI ke Mendagri pada bulan Maret 2016 dan setelah itu Pemerintah Pusat melalui Mendagri akan mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP). Jika PP itu sudah keluar maka Kabupaten persiapan Asja segera terwujud," papar Fachrul Razi.
