jadi akan saya mulai saja. kita semua sudah mengenal sakit seperti osteoartritis dan obat apa yang digunakan. rata-rata dari pustaka dikatakan ibuprofen adalah obat yang digunkan untuk mengobati sakit osteoartritis. tapi mengapa obat ibuprofen yang sudah terkenal perlu di control rilisnya ?
ada beberapa alasan mengapa ibuprofen perlu mengalami modifikasi dalam control rilisnya. yang pertama karena efek sampingnya. efek samping pada gastrointestinal yaitu mulai dari dispepsia sampai pendarahan pada gastrin. kemudian ibuprofen punya short biological half life yaitu 1-3 jam dan stabilitas ibuprofen. hal ini yang membuat ibuprofen calon yang ideal untuk digunakan dalam sistem pengiriman obat pelepasan terkontrol. presentasi ini akan di lanjutkan oleh rekan saya anjeng terimakasih
