This research is motivated by displaced patients BPJS when seeking treatment at health centers and hospitals, Difficulty in finding space for inpatient care in hospitals, and some people who argue about the differences in the services provided. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Ethics bureaucracy in organizing BPJS Health Program in Pinrang.
This study used a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documents. The focus of this study uses the concept of ethics that addresses ethics bureaucracy in Program Implementation BPJS, namely Professional, Responsibility Personal, and Responsibilities of the Organization.
The results of this study explains that the Ethics bureaucracy of Program Implementation BPJS in Pinrang has been good, although not yet say either by some communities. There are some drawbacks obtained by the author in using the theory to guide research. The shortfall is located at: Professional, One factor is the availability of facilities in FASKES Level 1 and Awareness About BPJS Kesehaatan Community is not done optimally, especially for communities that are outside the City Pinrang. Personal Responsibility, One factor is the presence of several government apparatus that came out during work time when not on business but personal affairs and the lack of information provided by FASKES of Procedure.
