ABSTRAK

Dika Septian Pratama (16150130), Penerimaan Teknologi Aplikasi Ojek Berbasis Online di Wilayah Padasuka Bandung.
Penerapan teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online sangat diperlukan mengingat penggunan transportasi umum khususnya roda dua sudah sangat banyak digunakan, pemanggilan transportasi ojek secara manual dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Teknologi aplikasi ojek ini dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi umum roda dua. Keberhasilan penerapan teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor penting sebagai penentu keberhasilan tersebut adalah faktor pengguna. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui bagaimana penerimaan teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online di wilayah Padasuka Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi penerimaan teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online dengan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil dari penelitian ini akan menunjukan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan serta bagaimana penerimaan masyarakat terhadap teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online beserta jawaban hipotesis penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pada masyarakat berdasarkan model penerimaan teknologi aplikasi ojek berbasis online menggunakan Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM), serta pengujian menggunakan Analisa Regresi.

Therefore I need to know how the acceptance of their applications online-based technologies in the region of Padasuka. This research aims to menganalisi the acceptance of their applications online-based technology with the use of methods of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of this research will show the factors that affect the acceptability as well as how the community acceptability against the taxi application technology-based online along with the answers to the research hypothesis. This study aimed to analyze the acceptance of technology-based motorcycle applications online using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of this study will show the factors that affect the acceptance and how the public acceptance of the technology-based motorcycle online application along with the answers to the research hypothesis.
