Dari analisis dengan menggunakan software CATIA V5R20 didapatkan hasil bahwa struktur repair doubler pada SRM adalah aman. Nilai margin of safety tertinggi adalah 15,025 pada variasi jumlah fastener 4 row dengan tebal doubler 0,045 dalam beban tarik. Begitu juga dengan nilai margin of safety terendah terdapat pada variasi jumlah fastener 4 row dengan tebal doubler 0,045dengan beban pressure sebesar 0,587. Untuk nilai MS shear dan bearing fastener semuanya dalam keadaan aman.
