ULA is the structure of the platform jacket recently operated in the Java Sea in the Northwest of the Java Sea. This structure is designed to achieve oil production amounted to 2200 BOPD and gas 10 MILLION. To support the production, then requires production facilities such as riser. In the design of riser thing to note is the riser clamp. Riser clamp is one of the vital structure of jacket. Riser clamp is a device used in connection with the structure of the riser. Power riser clamp is very influential when operating structure. The voltage obtained riser clamp will influence the strength of the riser clamp and also the brace connecting the riser clamp with a structure that ultimately affect also power brace on the structure itself. In this final project will be carried out study on voltage clamp riser analysis on ULA Platform using Autopipe software to know the loads which occur on a riser clamp as well as using software Ansys to find out the maximum voltage. Maximum voltage Von Misses that occur on a Riser Clamp that is amounted to 628 with 720 SMYS MPa MPa the value Unity Check (UC) happening of 0,872. While bracing for clampnya voltage Von Misses that occur i.e. maximum of 225 MPa then Check the value of Unity (UC) that occurred in the amount of 0,313. The value of Unity Check (UC) that occur on a riser clamp and clamp bracing on the value is still below 1 (one), then secure the clamp structure.
