Proses keterbukaan dan perlindungan

Proses keterbukaan dan perlindungan yang dibangun oleh guru pun harus diawali dengan proses “trial and error”. Hal inilah yang dilakukan Noor Jehan pada siswa inklusi di SD Anak Saleh. Konsep trial and error pun dilakukan dengan cara memahami hal-hal kecil dari siswa inklusi yaitu apa yang disukai dan apa yang tidak disukai. Dalam aspek keterbukaan pun hal yang harus dilakukan adalah interaksi guru pada siswa inklusi dilakukan tanpa aspek emosi dan lebih bisa “menyentuh” hati siswa. Ini yang dilakukan Vera, guru pengajar di SD Anak Saleh, karena menurutnya siswa inklusi pun memiliki perbedaan dalam melakukan interaksi, ada yang bisa dilakukan dengan verbal atau berbicara tapi ada juga yang harus diutamakan perilaku non verbalnya.
