1. get legal protection and security from the Government of Indonesia; 2. observe and collect information about the process of organizing Elections; 3. monitor the process of voting and counting of votes from outside POLLING STATIONS; 4. get access to information that is available from the Election Commission, the Provincial ELECTION COMMISSION, ELECTION COMMISSION and district/city; 5. use the equipment to document monitoring activity along with regard to the implementation of the election; 6. monitor that comes from representatives of the foreign State that is a diplomat, is entitled to diplomatic immunity for running errands as Election Monitors; 7. deliver findings to the Watchdog of the election, the election Supervisory Committee, and Provincial Election district/city, if the implementation process phases of the election does not comply with the provisions of the legislation.
