ABSTRAK

Dalam penulisan karya tulis tugas akhir tentang Peran Penyidik Dalam menangani Kasus Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga diwilayah hukum Polrestabes Bandung ini, penulis membahas peran dari penyidik SatReskrim Unit PPA Polrestabes Bandung dalam penanganan kasus Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan penyidik SatReskrim Unit PPA Polrestabes Bandung dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga diwilayah hukum Polrestabes Bandung serta hal-hal yang menjadi alasan korban tetap tinggal bersama dengan pelaku kekerasan dalam rumah tangga tersebut.
Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan undang-undang nomor 2 tahun 2002 tentang kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dan undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2004 tentang penghapusan Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini bersifat deskriptif analisis. Metode deskriptif analisis yaitu metode yang menggambarkan suatu objek penelitian sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi ke lokasi penelitian dan wawancara dengan petugas unit PPA di Satreskrim unit PPA Polrestabes Bandung. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan petugas penyidik unit PPA Polrestabes Bandung dan dari hasil kepustakaan.
Peran penyidik unit PPA SatReskrim Polrestabes Bandung ini dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, yaitu penindakan terhadap kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang terjadi dimulai dari menerima laporan , proses penyidikan, hingga penyelesaian berkas perkara dan perlindungan terhadap korban.

ABSTRACTIn the writing of the final project paper on the role of Investigators in handling cases of domestic violence legal relic in Polrestabes Bandung, the authors discuss the role of the investigating Unit SatReskrim PPA Polrestabes Bandung in the handling of cases of domestic violence, factors that affect the occurrence of domestic violence and what effort do the investigating Unit SatReskrim PPA Polrestabes Bandung in the handling of cases of domestic violence legal relic in Polrestabes Bandung as well as things which is the reason the victims continue living together with perpetrators of domestic violence.In the writing of this final task authors use Act No. 2 of 2002 on State police of the Republic of Indonesia and Act No. 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of domestic violence.The methods used in the writing of the final project is a descriptive analysis. Method descriptive analysis method that describe an object of research in accordance with the real facts. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation to the location of research and interviews with officers of the unit Satreskrim unit in the PPA PPA Polrestabes, Bandung. Source data obtained from the results of the interviews with the investigating officer the unit Polrestabes Bandung and PPA results from libraries.The role of the Ombudsman unit PPA SatReskrim Polrestabes Bandung in the handling of cases of domestic violence, namely the penindakan case against domestic violence happened starts from receiving the report, the process of the investigation, until the completion of the docket and the protection of victims.Keywords: Household, Violence, Investigators

In this thesis the author uses Law No. 2 of 2002 on the Indonesian National Police and Law No. 23 of 2004 on the elimination of domestic violence. The method used in this thesis is a descriptive analysis. Descriptive method is a method of analysis that describes an object of research in accordance with the facts on the ground. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation to the location of research and interviews with officers in the ANR unit Satreskrim PPA unit Polrestabes Bandung. Sources of data obtained from interviews with officers investigating unit PPA Polrestabes Bandung and from the literature. The role of the investigator units PPA Satreskrim Polrestabes Bandung in handling cases of domestic violence, namely the prosecution of cases of domestic violence that occurred starting from receiving the report, the process investigation, until the completion of the case file and the protection of victims.
