Sinopsis Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Road Chip :

Film Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Road Chip ini adalah sebuah film animasi, dengan genre komedi petualangan yang disutradarai oleh Walt Becker. Film ini mengisahkan tentang kesalahpahaman yang terjadi antara Alvin yang diperankan oleh Justin Long, kemudian Simon yaitu Matthew Gray Gubler serta Theodore yang diperankan oleh Jesse McCartney terhadap pihak Dave yang diperankan oleh Jason Lee. Kesalah pahaman tersebut membuat Alvin dan teman-tamnya berpikir bahwa Dave berencana untuk membuang mereka, setelah melakukan lamaran terhadap kekasih barunya yang tinggal di kota New York.
