Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel bebas, dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas diantaranya yaitu model kombinasi bakteri Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacillus meganterium, Nitrococcus sp, dan Pseudomonas putida. Sedangkan variabel terikat diantaranya kadar histamin, pH, TSS, minyak /lemak amonia, COD, dan BOD.
