Pasal 16G(1) Iuran Jaminan Kesehata

Pasal 16G
(1) Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi penerima pensiun
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (5)
huruf a, huruf b, huruf c, dan huruf d, ditetapkan
sebesar 5% (lima persen) dari besaran pensiun
pokok dan tunjangan keluarga yang diterima per
bulan.
(2) Iuran sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1)
dibayar oleh Pemerintah dan penerima pensiun
dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
a. 3% (tiga persen) dibayar oleh Pemerintah; dan
b. 2% (dua persen) dibayar oleh penerima
pensiun.
(3) Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi penerima pensiun
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (5)
huruf e dan huruf f, mengikuti ketentuan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 16F.
(4) Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi Veteran, Perintis
Kemerdekaan, dan janda, duda, atau anak yatim
piatu dari Veteran atau Perintis Kemerdekaan,
iurannya ditetapkan sebesar 5% (lima persen) dari
45% (empat puluh lima persen) gaji pokok
Pegawai Negeri Sipil golongan ruang III/a dengan
masa kerja 14 (empat belas) tahun per bulan,
dibayar oleh Pemerintah.

Pasal 16H
(1) Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi anggota keluarga
yang lain dibayar oleh Peserta.
(2) Besaran Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi anggota
keluarga yang lain sebagaimana dimaksud pada
ayat (1) ditetapkan sebesar 1% (satu persen) dari
Gaji atau Upah Peserta Pekerja Penerima Upah
per orang per bulan.
(3) Besaran Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan bagi anggota
keluarga yang lain sebagaimana dimaksud pada
ayat (1) bagi Peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima
Upah dan Peserta bukan Pekerja ditetapkan
sesuai Manfaat yang dipilih mengacu pada
ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal
16F.
Pasal 16I
Besaran Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal 16A, Pasal 16B, Pasal 16C,
Pasal 16F, Pasal 16G, dan Pasal 16H ditinjau paling
lama 2 (dua) tahun sekali yang ditetapkan dengan
Peraturan Presiden.

10. Ketentuan Pasal 17 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai
berikut:
Pasal 17
(1) Pemberi Kerja wajib memungut iuran dari
Pekerjanya, membayar iuran yang menjadi
tanggung jawabnya, dan menyetor iuran tersebut
kepada BPJS Kesehatan paling lambat tanggal 10
(sepuluh) setiap bulan.
(2) Untuk Pemberi Kerja pemerintah daerah,
penyetoran iuran kepada BPJS Kesehatan
sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dilakukan
melalui rekening kas negara paling lambat tanggal
10 (sepuluh) setiap bulan.
(3) Ketentuan mengenai tata cara penyetoran iuran
dari rekening kas negara kepada BPJS Kesehatan
sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) diatur
dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan.
