This research aims to know the price and quality of the product effect partially towards customer satisfaction and to know both the variables that affect customer satisfaction. The population in this research is the customers Three Buns Burger & Coctails. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, the samples used with 96 people. Data analysis tools are used in this research are multiple linear regression, test validity, reliability test, test test which covers the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, heterokedasitas test, and a test of linearity. While the hypothesis testing includes the F-test, t-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) of analysis can be known the price partially influence on customer satisfaction, product quality is partially influence on customer satisfaction and product quality and price together – either have an impact on customer satisfaction.
