Sebenarnya di dalam perusahaan yang saya kerjakan tidak ada sistem prestasi.
Tetapi menurut pendapat saya yang pernah saya lakukan di dalam pekerjaan yang saya jalanin prestasi yang pernah di dapat adalah karyawan terdisiplin karena datang selalu tepat waktu, karyawan yang cekatan, dan karyawan yang selalu menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai deatline.
Cara menggapainya adalah
1. Karyawan terdisplin: dengan berangkat pagi agar tidak terlambat ke kantor
2. Saat menjalani tugas bekerja dengan serius, langsung dikerjakan dan tidak banyak berbicara dengan teman agar pekerjaan cepat selesai
