PARA PIHAK dalam PERJANJIAN ini tidak berhak untuk menjual, mengalihkan atau dengan apapun membebani atau memindahkan kepentingannya atau setiap bagiannya dalam PERJANJIAN ini, baik karena Undang-undang atau lainnya, tanpa persetujuan tertulis sebelumnya dari Pihak yang lain dalam PERJANJIAN ini.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

7. The PARTIES to this agreement has no right to sell, assign or with any overload or move his interests or any part thereof under this agreement, either by law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the other party to this agreement.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

7. THE PARTIES in this Agreement shall not be entitled to sell, transfer or encumber or transfer any interest or any portion thereof under this Agreement, either because of legislation or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the other Party under this Agreement.
