Apabila Ruang Kelas Perawatan yang menjadi hak Tertanggung PIHAK KEDUA sedang penuh, maka pasien dapat menggunakan Ruang Perawatan 1 (satu) kelas lebih rendah atau 1 (satu) kelas lebih tinggi dari yang menjadi haknya selama 1(satu) x 24 jam; dan pada kesempatan pertama akan segera dipindahkan ke kelas perawatan yang sesuai dengan haknya
