The classification system ABO Blood
On classification system ABO blood, blood type is divided into 4 groups, namely Blood Type A, B, AB, and O. Blood type A has A antigens (aglutinogen A) in the red blood cells with anti-B antibodies ( agglutinin B) in plasma. Blood type B antigen B (aglutinogen B) with anti-A antibodies in the plasma. Type O blood has no antigens (aglutinogen) but had antibodies (agglutinins) anti-A and anti-B in the plasma. Group AB blood have both antigen A and antigen B but did not have antibodies (agglutinins).
