Apabila terjadi pembatalan perjanjian sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 12 perjanjian ini dan tanah dan bangunan telah diserah terimakan oleh PENJUAL kepada PEMBELI, maka PARA PIHAK sepakat untuk mengatur hal-hal sebagaimana berikut:
