Seiring berjalannya waktu, Bapak mendapatkan kepercayaan untuk dapat bekerja sebagai buruh di sebuah toko bangunan. Selama melakukan pekerjaan tersebut, Bapak merasakan tidak nyaman saat berkomunikasi. Pada bulan ini, keluarga dari Bapak Wayan Nesa ini memperoleh informasi mengenai sebuah program tentang kesehatan telinga di YPK Bali.
