Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian postur kerja pekerja saat proses produksi abon jamur UKM Ailani, dan menentukan postur kerja yang menjadi prioritas untuk usulan perbaikan berdasarkan nilai postur kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner Nordic Body Maps kepada 4 pekerja. Data antropometri pekerja dikumpulkan untuk perancangan fasilitas dan peralatan yang sesuai. Analisis postur menggunakan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Berdasarkan Nordic Body Maps, keluhan yang dialami pekerja sakit 23% dan sangat sakit 3%. Hasil penilaian menggunakan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) kegiatan produksi abon jamur memiliki persentase risiko rendah 8,7%, risiko sedang 52,2%, risiko tinggi 34,8% dan risiko sangat tinggi 4,3%. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan keluhan MSDs adalah postur kerja, waktu kerja serta fasilitas dan peralatan kerja yang tidak ergonomis. UKM Ailani disarankan memberi fasilitas dan peralatan kerja yang ergonomis untuk mengurangi MSDs, sehingga pekerja dapat bekerja dengan aman dan nyaman.
