From the emergence of these problems, the researchers want to develop learning media of mathematics material speed by using Macromedia Flash 8, which is designed to be interactive media "triangle creative" speed, which is where the learning media that help the operation of the formula without change the basic concept of comparison. The subjects of the study of MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang where learners class 5A total of 35 learners, 5B as many as 36 students, and 5C as many as 36 students, divided into a control group and class treatment, class 5A into the control class and the class 5B srta 5C is a class peerlakuan, results obtained proved by test T Test, Independent Samples Test with SPSS version 15 is the significance of 0.000, which means that there are differences in values obtained between the control class (5-A) and class treatment (5-B and 5-C) so that the use of Macromedia Flash 8 "creative triangle" speeds on learners' class 5-B MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang declared successful. Development of instructional media were able to effect stable on learning achievement and understanding of students about the material speed, because the stability of the learners so that learning takes place effectively, efficiently, and can motivate (appeal) learners to follow and understand the material velocity within old, and therefore learning active learning with macromedia flash "creative triangle" speed may be continued in schools MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang.
