Terdapat banyak guru yang tetap menggunakan strategi dan metode yang tidak koheren sehingga dipastikan sulit untuk memahamkan peserta didik terhadap materi yang sedang diajarkan, dalam hal ini adalah materi kecepatan, yang mana materi ini membutuhkan tingkat pemahaman yang tinggi karena terdapat tiga rumus perbandingan materi kecepatan. Jika peserta didik tidak memahami tentang ketiga rumus kecepatan maka akibatnya akan terbalik-balik antara rumus jarak, kecepatan dan waktu, dan inilah yang menyebabkan hasil belajar peserta didik tidak sesuai dengan KKM. yang ditentukan sekolah, yang pada akhirnya tidak tercapainya tujuan pendidikan.
Dari munculnya permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti ingin mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika materi kecepatan dengan menggunakan macromedia flash 8 yang didesain menjadi media interaktif “segitiga kreatif” kecepatan, yang mana media pembelajaran tersebut membantu pengoperasian rumus tanpa merubah konsep dasar perbandingan. Subyek penelitian dari MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang yang mana peserta didik kelas 5A sebanyak 35 peserta didik, 5B sebanyak 36 peserta didik, dan 5C sebanyak 36 peserta didik, yang terbagi menjadi kelas kontrol dan kelas perlakuan, kelas 5A menjadi kelas kontrol dan kelas 5B srta 5C adalah kelas peerlakuan,
Hasilnya yang diperoleh dibuktikan melalui Uji T Tes, Independent Samples Test dengan SPSS versi 15 yaitu signifikansi 0,000 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai yang diperoleh antara kelas kontrol (5-A) dan kelas perlakuan (5-B dan 5-C) sehingga penggunaan macromedia flash 8 “segitiga kreatif” kecepatan pada peserta didik kelas 5-B MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang dinyatakan berhasil. Pengembangan media pembelajaran yang mampu memberikan efek yang stabil terhadap prestasi belajar dan pemahaman peserta didik tentang materi kecepatan, karena kestabilan peserta didik sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung dengan efektif, efesien, dan dapat memotivasi (daya tarik) peserta didik untuk mengikuti dan memahami materi kecepatan dalam jangka waktu yang lama, maka dari itu pembelajaran active learning dengan macromedia flash “segitiga kreatif” kecepatan dapat dilanjutkan disekolah MI Sulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang.
