Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang memiliki layanan Google Apps for Education (GAFE) yang didalamnya terdapat banyak aplikasi seperti mail, drive, docs, sites, calendar, dan banyak aplikasi web lainnya. Hal ini sangat membanggakan, akan tetapi layanan tersebut masih belum sepenuhnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh mahasiswa maka perlu adanya layanan berupa aplikasi berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang menerapkan sistem Single Sign On terintegrasi dengan Google Apps for Education Unsika untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menggunakan layanan GAFE. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Web Engineering yang terdiri dari enam tahap yaitu formulasi, perencanaan, analisis, rekayasa & implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu, sebuah aplikasi layanan G-Apps (Google Apps) Unsika berbasis web yang memiliki sistem Single Sign On berbasis Security Assertion Markup Language terintegrasi dengan service Google Apps sehingga proses otentikasi pada aplikasi terhubung langsung dengan Google.

This is very proud, but these services are still not fully utilized by the students of the need for services in the form of web-based applications. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based application that implements a Single Sign On system integrates with Google Apps for Education Unsika to facilitate students in using the services of GAFE. The research method used is the Web Engineering that consists of six phases of the formulation, planning, analysis, implementation, & engineering testing, and evaluation. Results achieved, namely, an application services G-Apps (Google Apps) Unsika has a web-based Single Sign On system-based Security Assertion Markup Language is integrated with Google Apps service so that the authentication process on the application connected directly with Google.
