Praktikum kecepatan reaksi ini membahas tentang pengaruh warna dan tingkat kesalahan tersebut terhadap kecepatan reaksi operator, dalam hal ini dilakukan dengan cara mengamati tiga lampu yang berbeda yaitu warna merah, kuning, hijau yang telah dinyalakan lalu dimatikan oleh operator dengan menekan tombol dengan cepat. Setelah melakukan percobaan tersebut maka selanjutnya dilakukannya perhitungan baik secara manual ataupun menggunakan program ANOVA untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang terjadi antara warna lampu dengan tingkat kesalahan yang terjadi terhadap kecepatan reaksi oleh masing-masing operator. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan oleh operator waktu total dan waktu rata-rata tercepat adalah pada saat mematikan lampu berwarna kuning. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan berdasarkan data uji ANOVA, warna dan tingkat kesalahan berpengaruh pada operator 1 maupun operator 2.
