2. Menyiapkan data konsumen yang melakukan permintaan nomor plat khusus dan menyampaikannya ke bagian pengurusan di samsat.
3. Menyiapkan surat-surat jalan sementara kendaraan baru keluar yang akan dibawa pemilik dengan menggunakan plat putih (plat sementara).
4. Menyiapkan faktur, surat kuasa dan kelengkapan data lainnya untuk proses pengurusan BPKB dan STNK mobil
5. Menerima BPKB dan STNK yang sudah selesai dari Samsat, menginput data untuk no BPKB dan STNK untuk nama-nama pemilik sesuai dengan nomor rangka dan nomor mesin.
6. Menyerahkan STNK dan BPKB kepada pemilik dengan menyiapkan dokumen yang perlu ditanda tangani
