Ibuku tersayang,
Aku adalah seorang anak yang cukup malu untuk mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih dan sayangku untuk ibu. Aku juga tidak pintar untuk menyusun ratusan atau ribuan kata untukmu. Tulisanku ini mungkin sulit ibu mengerti, tapi aku membuatnya dengan sejuta rasa bangga, senang, sedih, dan haru karena teringat lagi apa yang telah kita lalui dan Ibu ajarkan kepadaku. Tidak cuma dengan sejuta rasa, aku menulis dengan tetesan air mata sebagai tanda balas air mata Ibu yang jatuh karena aku. Apa ibu tahu kalau aku terkadang sebal sama ibu? Marah? Atau jengkel? Maaf ya bu? Aku memang anak durhaka, aku jahat, dan aku nakal. Hati ibu pasti kecewa kalau aku membantah? Mungkin, ibu hanya marah, tapi hati ibu menangis melihat aku sebagai anak berbuat seperti itu.
