Karena pada waktu damai, ayat-ayat yang diajarkan adalah tentang ketuhanan, alam semesta dan ilmu pengetahuan, dan permasalahan kehidupan sehari-hari seperti aturan tentang jual beli, hutang piutang, pernikahan dan perceraian, hukum waris, hukuman bagi penjahat, dan sebagainya.
