Beberapa faktor penting yang dibutu

Beberapa faktor penting yang dibutuhkan untuk mengeluarkan RTS PKH dari kemiskinan meliputi: 1) penyediaan lapangan/kesempatan kerja yang memadai, 2) pelatihan keterampilan/pembinaan, 3) pemberian modal usaha, 4) dukungan pemerintah untuk menjamin akses terhadap pelayanan publik dan kesempatan bekerja/berusaha, dan 5) motivasi kuat dari RTS PKH. Ada pun kebutuan khusus seperti penciptaan home industry bagi wanita agar dapat melakukan pengasuhan anak sambil menghasilkan pendapatan. Kalangan fasilitator mengentaskan RTS PKH dari kemiskinan dengan upaya fasilitatif seperti penyediaan koperasi permodalan. Fasilitator juga menerapkan bentuk ancaman pengurangan manfaat program kepada RTS PKH yang melakukan pelanggaran terhadap program pemberdayaan sosial yang ada.
