Struktur orginisasi dari SPV terdir

Struktur orginisasi dari SPV terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu bagian administrasi, teknisi dan jaringan. Tugas dan fungsi bagian dari admin adalah untuk mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukkan SPV, membuat laporan keuangan setiap bulannya, mencatat keluhan masyarakat terhadap pengunaan listrik , mencatat proses pengajuan pemasangan listrik, dan kegiatan administrasi lainnya yang ditentukan kemudian. Tugas dari bagian teknisi adalah melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan baterai, inverter, panel surya. Sementara itu bagian jaringan adalah melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan jaringan distribusi listrik baik dari baterai sampai dengan jaringan yang ada di dalam rumah. Usulan komposisi jumlah staff untuk SPV gabungan terdiri dari Manager (1 orang), Adminstirasi (1 orang), Teknisi (4 orang) dan Jaringan Distribusi (4 orang). sementara itu untuk usulan komposisi jumlah staff untuk SPV masing-masing desa adalah Manager (1 Orang), Administrasi (1 orang), teknisi (2 orang) dan jaringan distribusi (2 orang)
