Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) Di Kelurahan Pandeglang, Kecamatan Pandeglang, Kabupaten Pandeglang, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kelurahan Pandeglang, Kecamatan Pandeglang setelah dilaksanakan program BLSM. dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kelurahan Pandeglang, Kecamatan Pandeglang Kabupaten Pandeglang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan analisa kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini masyarakat miskin sebanyak 302 orang. Sedangkan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability sampling dengan tipe Proportionate Random Sampling dengan banyaknya sampel sebanyak 75 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan program BLSM, dari total responden 75 orang yang diberikan 13 pernyataan, ditemukan hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program BLSM di Kelurahan Pandeglang sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan presentase hasil jawaban responden yaitu sebesar 68.90%, dimana angka tersebut berada pada rentang 50 % - 75 % dengan kategori penilian Baik. Selanjutnya mengnai tingkat kesejateraan masyarakat miskindi Kelurahan Pandeglang diperoleh angka sebesar 63.13%, dimana angka tersebut berada pada rentang 50 % - 75 % dengan kategori penilian Baik. yang berarti bahwa dengan diimplementasikan program BLSM di Kelurahan Pandeglang mengakibatkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin penerima dana BLSM menjadi baik/sejahtera.
Hasil Analisis Korelasi diperoleh nilai r sebesar 0.566, berdasarkan interval koefisien korelasi (0,400 – 0,599) menyatakan adanya tingkat pengaruh yang sedang. Berarti pengaruh antara pelaksanaan program BLSM terhadap tingkat kesejateraan masyarakat di Kelurahan Pandeglang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan positif. Sedangkan kontribusi atau peranan pelaksanaan program BLSM terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin penerima dana BLSM sebesar 32.04 % , sedangkan sisanya 67.96 % adalah variabel lain n yang tidak penulis teliti, kemudian hasil uji signifikansi korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t hipotesis, diketahui thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu (5.866 > 2.660) hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya pengaruh antara pelaksanaan program BLSM terhadap tingkat kesejateraan masyarakat di Kelurahan Pandeglang dapat diterima.
