Perum DAMRI Cabang Angkutan Bandara Soekarno-Hatta merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyelenggaraan jasa angkutan umum. Perusahaan umum ini memiliki 265 armada yang rutin melakukan perawatan guna meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan, untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kendaraan, menjaga dan mempertahankan kelaikan kendaraan. Dari setiap bus memiliki data sejarah perawatan atau pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan penggantian suku cadang atau berupa rekam jejak kendaraan. Pada proses pencatatan rekam jejak bus setiap kali melakukan perbaikan atau perawatan staff teknik melakukan pencatatan dengan mengisi form dan buku kerusakan kendaraan. Pencatatan dilakukan secara manual dan datanya diinput ulang dengan format excel yang disimpan sebagai arsip perusahaan. Panjangya proses alur kerja dan masih manualnya cara pendataan dan pencatatan rekam jejak memiliki resiko kekeliruan yang besar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pembuatan sistem pengelolaan data perawatan kendaraan sangat diperlukan. Dalam proses pengerjaan software untuk sistem pengelolaan data perawatan kendaraan menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) yang meliputi analisis, desain, implementasi, dan operasi dengan menggunakan visual studio 2012 dan SQL Sever 2014. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah software untuk menginputkan data kendaraan, perawatan dan biaya, serta data kerusakan kendaraan yang digunakan sebagai rekam jejak kendaraan. Dengan adanya software ini dapat mempermudah kinerja staff teknik, dan mempermudah pengawasan manajer serta asisten manajer teknik. Dengan software ini informasi berupa rekam jejak kendaraan dapat dilihat dengan mudah dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk menganalisa apabila suatu kendaraan mengalami kerusakan atau untuk mengidentifikasi suku cadang apa yang dibutuhkan suatu kendaraan.

The presence of this software can facilitate the performance of staff techniques, and facilitate the supervision of the Manager and Assistant Manager of engineering. With this software information such as the track record of the vehicle can be seen easily and can be used as reference to analyze if a vehicle is damaged or to identify parts of what is required of a vehicle.
