Tekhnologi komunikasi semakin lama semakin maju sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Smartphone yang berada dipasaran saat ini sudah marak dijumpai oleh masyarakat.
Dengan adanya tekhnologi komunikasi yang semakin lama semakin maju di era modern saat ini, masyarakat dapat terbantu untuk saling berinteraksi antara anggota masyarakat yang satu dengan masyarakat yang lainnya walaupun interaksi yang mereka lakukan tidak secara langsung bertatp muka satu dengan lainnya.
Interaksi yang baik dapat menciptakan kekerabatan yang baik pula antar satu orang dengan orang lain. Hal ini sangat tergantung dari komunikasi yang terjalin antar mereka. Jika interksi antar satu orang dengan orang lain tidak terjalin secara baik hal ini dapat dengan mudah memunculkan konflik diantara mereka karena komunikasi yang kurang baik dan bahkan salah. Yang lebih parahnya lagi, dari konflik tersebut akan menimbulkan korban jiwa.
