1. Tim Leader atau manajemen BGPP yang berwenang harus membuat TOR konsultan yang menggambarkan output konsultan tersebut
2. Anggaran untuk pendanaan konsultan tersebut sudah ada
3. Kontrak konsultan dengan proyek masih berlaku atau adanya addendum yang menunjukkan perpanjangan kontrak
4. Konsultan baru yang belum pernah dikontrak ,harus diajukan dulu dalam procurement plan dan telah disetujui oleh MCA-I

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

1. The Team Leader or management BGPP authorities should make TOR consultant who described the output of those consultants2. The budget for funding the consultant already exists3. The contract with the consultant of the project or the existence of the addendum that shows the contract extension4. new Consultants who have never contracted, must be filed first in the procurement plan and was approved by the MCA-I
