Sehubungan dengan pembatalan terhadap perjanjian ini, PARA PIHAK sepakat untuk mengesampingkan ketentuan Pasal 1266 dan Pasal 1267 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

With respect to the cancellation of this agreement against, the parties agreed to set aside provisions of article 1266 and 1267 Article book of civil law legislation.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

In connection with the cancellation of this agreement, the parties agree to waive the provisions of Article 1266 and Article 1267 of the Civil Law Act.
