Mudharabah dan musytarakah adalah bentuk akad mudharabah di mana pengelola (mudharib/BMT) menyertakan modalnya dalam kerjasama investasi tersebut. Akad ini merupakan perpaduan dari akad Mudharabah dan akad musyarakah. BMT sebagai mudharib menyertakan modal atau dananya dalam investasi bersama anggota. BMT sebagai pihak yang menyertakan dananya (musytarik) memperoleh bagian keuntungan berdasarkan porsi modal yang disertakan.
