Penelitian tentang ”Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Debitur Dalam Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Simpan Pinjam di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Utama Karya Weleri”, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian simpan pinjam di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Utama Karya Weleri. dan perlindungan hukum terhadap debitur dalam perjanjian simpan pinjam di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Utama Karya Weleri. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu yuridis sosiologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka dan analisis secara kualitatif.

Agar pihak Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Utama Karya Weleri lebih memberikan kelonggaran terhadap debitur wanprestasi dengan memberikan kesempatan perpanjangan waktu dalam pembayaran pelunasan hutang.
