Tahun 2016 hingga 2017, program BaliRungu akan memperluas pelayanan dengan fokus pada anak-anak dan murid-murid sekolah serta anggota masyarakat di pelosok desa di Bali melalui Baksos Bersih Telinga (BBT), yaitu pemeriksaan dan/atau pembersihan telinga oleh Dokter Residen Spesialis THT, pemeriksaan pendengaran dengan Audiometer, pemberian obat-obatan bagi yang membutuhkan, memberikan edukasi cara membersihkan telinga yang baik dan benar serta kebiasaan yang dapat merusak pendengaran, termasuk sumber-sumber bising yang patut dihindari.
