• Menegakkan Hukum (Penegakan Hukum)
• Memberikan Perlindungan, Pengayoman , dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat (Melindungi Mengayomi dan Melayani Masyarakat)
 Menurut Guru Besar Ilmu Politik Universitas Airlangga Surabaya, Prof Dr Kacung Marijan, Indonesia menduduki peringkat pertama jumlah demonstrasi terbanyak dilakukan mahasiswa dari 113 Negara dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir.
