Hasil yang didapatkan dari praktiku

Hasil yang didapatkan dari praktikum ini adalah pada pengamatan sayatan epidermis bawah daun Rhoeo discolor dengan tetesan air diapatkan jumlah stomata membuka sebanyak 23 dan menutup sebanyak 6, pada larutan gula 50% ditemukan jumlah stomata yang membuka sebanyak 21 dan menutup sebanyak 8 karena pada saat diberi perlakuan air terjadi osmosis sehingga sel stomata banyak yang membuka dari pada perlakuan larutan gula gula karena terjadi difusi air sehingga menyebabkan air keluar dari sel sehingga stomata banyak yang menutup.
