Menurut saya keluarga adalah sesuatu yang penting dalam sebuah kehidupan seorang, kita sebagai mahluk sosial tidak akan pernah bisa hidup tanpa sebuah keluarga baik itu merupakan keluarga besar atupun keluarga kecil. keluarga adalah sebuah sistem sosial yang hidup juga sebuah klompok besar maupun yang kecil yang awalnya terdiri dari satu individu yang mempunyai satu tujuan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang sama yaitu menjadi keluarga yang sejahtera.
Dan saat kita membahas tentang keluarga, sebelumnya kita harus mengetahui tentang jenis sebuah keluarga.

Sebuah keluarga mempunyai keluarga inti, konjugal dan keluarga besar, keluarga inti sendiri terdiri dari orang tua dan anak, keluarga konjugal adalah kerabat dari pihak anak yang mempunyai kekerabatan antara salah satu atau kedua orangtua anak, sedangkan untuk keluarga bersar terdiri dari ayah ibu kakek nenek, paman, tante, keponakan, saudara dan lebih banyak lagi.

Untuk mencapai sebuah keluarga yang sejahtera kita cukup perlu melaksanakan tugas kita dan tanggung jawab kita sebagai seorang individu, yang dimana biasanya seorang ayah sebagai suami dari istri, ayah dari anak–anaknya, dan sebagai tulang pungung dan pelindung bagi keluarganya.

Ibu sebagai istri dari suami dan ibu dari anak anaknya yang biasanya beperan dalam melayani suami, mengurus rumah dan anak anaknya.
