Topik bahasan ini adalah Perancangan Sistem Analisa Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Perumahan Datuk Bandar. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem yang efektiv dan efisien dalam kegiatan permasaran.pembellian dan penjualan tumah pada perumahan Datuk Bandar.
Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: interview(wawancara) langsung kepada narasumber, mencari data pada Perumahan Datuk Bandar dan melakukan perancangan
Dari hasil yang diperoleh :1) Laporan data yang diperoleh secara manual di Perumahan Datuk Bandar, 2) Dihasilkn Rancangan Bangunan Sistem Informasi pengolahan pemasaran, pembelian dan penjualan rumah dengan menggunakan program PHP dan My SQL.
Disarankan agar sistem pengolahan data pemasaran, pembelian, dan penjualan rumah pada Perumahan Datuk Bandar yang masih melakukan secara manual sebaiknya diubah dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, sebab sistem komputerisasi ini dapat membantu masalah sistem pemasaran, pembelian, dan penjualan tumah. Melakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan sisrem yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kebutuhan program sehingga kelancaran aktivitas kerja pegawai tidak terganggu.
