saya mengajukan permohonan bonus untuk tukang amplas teraso. saat ini kerja teraso sangat banyak sekali. karyawan sudah mengeluh, tangan sakit, badan tidak nyaman.
saya khawatir jika target menurun karena hal ini.
untuk itu, saya pikir kita dapat memberi bonus khusus. mungkin kita tambah bonus seperti tukang spray, tukang gerinda (rp 5000 per day).
