Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), dan Inflasi terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan industri food and beverages yan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017 berjumlah 18 perusahaan. Pemilihan smapel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 14 perusahaan food and beverages. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder diperoleh melalui data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) debt to equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, 2) return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, 3) Inflasi berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress.

The population in this research is the entire food and beverages company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, amounting to 18 companies.
