2. Syarat pengetahuan

Syarat pengetahuan ini dibedakan menjadi 2 (dua) yaitu:

a. Syarat pengetahuan umum

Seorang sekretaris harus memiliki pengetahuan kemasyarakatan dan kebudayaan yang dapat mengangkat nama dari perusahaan. Misalnya:
